Privacy notice

This notice explains what Booked Partners does with the details you give us. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address you sent it from.

Why we collect it

We use these details to answer your request, which usually means writing back with your Reachable Buyer Map or a reply to your question. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. Reply stop at any time and we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months in case you come back to the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Booked Partners who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no tracking scripts. The typefaces load from a font service, which sees the request for the font files and nothing else from us.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold or to delete it. Write to marlene.burton@bookedpartners.co, or send the request through our contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
