Booked PartnersOutbound and growth consulting for established companies

The list nobody worked

One list in your company has never been worked.

Every established company keeps one. The accounts that fit you and have never heard your name. The booth scans nobody followed up. We find that list and work it until it turns into pipeline. Then we give you the whole thing to keep.

Every row ticked but one. That one is usually the whole market.

I. The list

Your growth came from people who already knew you.

Referrals and trade shows built most of the companies we talk to. That is a network, and it is worth a great deal. It is not a system. A network reaches the buyers one introduction away. It does not reach the operations lead three states over who has the exact problem you solve and has never seen your name.

Somewhere in the building is a list of those buyers. Sometimes it is a spreadsheet from a show, or a CRM full of accounts that went quiet. Often nobody has built it yet.

Either way, nobody works it. Sales is busy closing what the network brings in, which is the right call. So the list sits.

The list is rarely the problem. Nobody owning it is.

II. Four doors

There are four ways to reach a buyer who does not know you. Most firms keep one open.

Our core

Outbound

You go to them. A researched message, written for one person, about a problem they actually have.

Content

They find you. Writing, video and a site that answers what a buyer asks before they call.

Referrals

Someone vouches for you. Most companies run this door by accident and call it a strategy.

Paid

You rent attention. Useful once the other doors are open. Expensive when they are not.

We do not sell every door to everyone. We look at which ones are shut and which one your buyers would actually walk through, and we start there.

III. The work

How we work a list.

ARead before we write

Every name gets researched before anyone writes to them. The company, the role, what changed lately. If we cannot find a real reason to write, we do not write.

BOne person, one message

Nothing goes out as a blast. Each message is written for the person who will read it, and one of us reads it before it leaves. If it would embarrass you, it stays.

CStop means stop

We only write where it is welcome to write. Anyone who asks us to stop is stopped straight away, everywhere. We would rather lose a reply than your reputation.

DSomething worth finding

A buyer who gets a good message looks you up. We make sure what they find holds up, including the answer an AI tool gives when they ask it for a shortlist.

EA baseline first

Before we start, we agree with you where things stand and what counts as pipeline. Then we report against that, plainly, good news or not.

IV. The handover

Then we hand you the book.

We are partners for the build, not tenants. Once the channel produces pipeline, it moves to you, all of it. Nothing stays locked in our accounts, and nobody has to call us to find out how it works.

  • The playbook how the channel runs, written down
  • The data every account and the research behind it
  • The messages the sequences that earned replies
  • The people your team, trained by us to run it

V. Start here

Start with a map, not a pitch.

The Reachable Buyer Map is a short written read of how your company finds new buyers. Which doors are open. Which sit idle. Where a working channel would fit, and which list it would start with. It costs nothing, and there is no deck or obligation attached.

Ask for your map

  • Who bought from you last year without an introduction?
  • If your best seller left tomorrow, which list would leave too?
  • When a buyer searches for what you do, what do they find?
  • Which accounts have you talked about for ages and never contacted?
